Overview
Overview
Environmental Engineering is a multidisciplinary area that focuses on protecting and managing natural resources, air, water and land to meet the social and economic needs of a growing population. Environmental engineers focus on finding holistic and effective solutions to problems created by current unsustainable production and consumption practices. This minor will focus on analysing and assessing the environmental impact of industrial systems and economies. Key principles, such as life cycle management, corporate stewardship, circular economy, and eco-efficiency, will be addressed.
