This six-month, full-time Curtin University course if offered through Open Universities Australia. The course is tailored to emerging artists and creative thinkers who are ready to explore, challenge and develop their artistic skills in a contemporary context.
In this course you will learn about:
- the foundational principles and concepts of fine art – from traditional techniques to contemporary practices – that provide a base for artistic exploration digital artistry
- using advanced technology to present and communicate your artistic visions in the modern world
- global art standards and the diverse international art scene, so that you can refine your practice and align with professional expectations
- professional development, cultivating the ability to collaborate in creative teams while fostering your independence for personal artistic growth.
This undergraduate certificate gives you an excellent start in enhancing your knowledge and skills in fine art, and you’ll gain a strong portfolio foundation for paraprofessional roles or further study. This qualification also offers a pathway into a bachelor degree majoring in Fine Art.
