The Demystifying Innovation workshop will be provided by the Triangle Equity Partners Pty Ltd, the Certified Training Partner in Australia for the Global Innovation Management Institute (GIMI), the global certification board for innovation and innovation management, headquartered out of Boston.

This full-day program will help you be more innovative and engaged, to succeed in today’s business environment. It aims encouraging the culture of innovation, as a mindset that can be cultivated and applied across all areas of your organisation. Everyone is encouraged to contribute ideas and solutions, while many organisations’ are struggling to install the innovation vision, in our VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) world, which is more complex than ever.  The workshop can help you see how your contributions can make a difference and be more connected by developing problem-solving skills by teaching you how to think creatively and approach problems from different angles.

This workshop will help you to better understand your readiness to initiate and implement innovation projects, by measuring your level of innovative mindset and know-how, learn more about business innovation, and the value it brings to the market and your organisation.

As part of this workshop, you will undertake the GIMI Innovation Potential Assessment, which is broken down into innovation mindset to lead innovation principles and know-how to make innovation real.  The assessment will allow you to understand your strengths and weaknesses in relation to innovation.

This workshop will be focused on the definition and examples of business innovation, what makes an innovation breakthrough, and key elements it is made from (trends, basic human needs, business models, barriers to entry).

This workshop is not academic, but practical as it focuses on ‘Business Innovation’ for corporates and individuals entangling the innovation value chain elements for driving breakthrough innovations to make them real.
