There are three ways to study the Bachelor of Science at Curtin, so you have the flexibility to study science your way.
Option 1
As a double major with another science major.
Option 2
As a single major with a specialisation from a science or non-science discipline.
Option 3
As a major with a minor from a science or non-science discipline.

Revised ATAR requirement
Today, there’s not just one type of science student, so the ATAR requirement for Curtin’s Bachelor of Science is now 70. And if you’re not super confident in maths, or IT – don’t worry – your first year allows you to study common units to build your strength across key areas like numeracy, digital literacy and Indigenous science.
Entry pathways if you don’t meet the prerequisites
All Bachelor of Science majors have Mathematics Applications as a prerequisite, and some majors have other prerequisite ATAR subjects. If you lack any prerequisites, you can apply to study the Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Science and switch to your preferred major down the track.
