I have lost my SmartRider, what do I need to do?

If you have lost your SmartRider on campus you can contact  to check if it has been handed in to lost property. 

If your SmartRider is lost, please contact Transperth to cancel your card.

You can then  and it in your OASIS account.

When you activate your concession, your credit balance, Autoload details and concession from your old tertiary SmartRider will be transferred to your new card.
