How do I apply for re-admission into a course I have been terminated from?

UPDATED 30 OCT 2024 | 2:45AM

If you are a domestic student and have been unsuccessful or missed the period for appeal against termination from a course, you can apply for re-admission. You will need to complete a Request for Readmission to Terminated Course form and submit it via the online enquiry form, along with any supporting documentation. Please visit the Application Deadlines page for information on opening and closing dates of your course and re-admission applications. If you are an international student studying at an Australian Curtin University campus, once your terminated status is final you have two options should you wish to continue your studies with Curtin University after a waiting period: A) Readmission request after termination to same course (minimum 1 year gap recommended) [.pdf 240kB] B) Readmission request after termination to different course (minimum 1 study period gap recommended) [.pdf 329kB] Submit the appropriate form along with any supporting documentation via the Ask International web form. If you are applying to UniReady, please contact uniready@curtin.edu.au. If you are applying to a Curtin partner institution or campus outside of Australia, please contact your local campus Student Services Office.
