Why is one of the units I am enrolled in not showing on my electronic Commonwealth Assistance Notice (eCAN)?

A unit you are enrolled in may not appear on your electronic Commonwealth Assistance Notice (eCAN) if:

  • You are in a fee-paying place and have not received FEE-HELP assistance for the unit.
  • You are undertaking the unit on a Not-for-Degree basis.
  • You are not undertaking the unit as part of a course in a Commonwealth Supported Place.
  • You enrolled in the unit after the census date.
  • You withdrew from the unit on or before the census date.
