My student ID card isn't working. What can I do?

You must be a current student to use your student ID card to access certain buildings and services at Curtin's Australian campuses. 
If your ID card is not allowing you to enter a specific building, contact your Unit Coordinator to submit an access request to the Safer Communities Team on your behalf.
If your ID card makes no sound when attempting to swipe into a building, you may require a replacement card. You can order a replacement card using the steps below: 
  1. Log into OASIS.
  2. Click on the My Campus tab.
  3. Click on Student ID Card under Student Essentials
  4. Follow the Fast-track steps to confirm your details and order your replacement card. 
Alternatively, you can bring your damaged card to Curtin Connect located in Building 102 on the Perth campus for assistance.
