What is the IAD Sanction and how do I remove it from my account?

UPDATED 03 SEP 2024 | 12:23AM

If you have an IAD (Invalid Account Details) sanction on your account this means that some of your contact information is missing from your student profile. An IAD sanction will withhold your results and Academic Transcript until it has been removed.

To remove an IAD sanction you will need to update your email/telephone/postal address to indicate your current contact details.  Overseas students studying in Western Australia must have a current local address listed as their 'Contact' address.

You can update your contact details in eStudent via OASIS.  The process is as follows:

1. Log into OASIS.

2. Select the My Studies tab and click the link to eStudent.

3. Once in eStudent, click on My Details.

4. On the left-hand side, select Contact Details.

5. Update your contact information.  If you are an International student you must have your current local address listed as your 'Contact' address.

6. Click save at the bottom of the page.

If you are studying through Open Universities Australia (OUA), please update your details via the OUA hub.
