What is Credit for Recognised Learning (CRL)?

UPDATED 10 SEP 2024 | 1:25AM

Credit for Recognised Learning (CRL) is also known as Advanced Standing Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), or Credit Transfer. It is credit granted towards your Curtin degree on the basis of your prior studies/qualifications or relevant professional work/life experiences.

If CRL is granted, you are exempted from doing certain units within the course and you may complete the course within a shorter period than the normal course duration.

Further information and the online application form can be found on the Credit for Recognised Learning (Advanced Standing) webpage
