How do I obtain an official Academic Transcript?

You can purchase your official Academic Transcript online in OASIS via the steps below:
- Login to OASIS.
- Click on Order Official Documents on the Welcome tab.
- Select if you wish to order a hard copy Academic Transcript ("Academic Transcript- paper") or electronic Academic Transcript via
- Follow the instructions online to submit your order and make payment via credit card.
Please note that your Academic Transcript will only display results that have been officially published. You can check the result publication date for your study period on the Academic Calendar.
Your document order will be processed within 3 working days and mailed to you. If you have ordered a digital Academic Transcript, you will receive an email from myequals@curtin.edu.au with your access link and instructions once your order has been processed.
Estimated delivery times for standard domestic and international post can be calculated on the Australia Post website. Orders sent via express post can be tracked on the TNT website. If you have selected express postage, tracking information for your order will be emailed to you once our courier has collected your order.
