If Centrelink have asked you for proof of your enrolment, you can provide your Curtin Enrolment Advice.
If you are an Open Universities Australia (OUA) student in an award course, you can provide your Enrolment Advice as proof of enrolment. If you are an OUA student enrolled in open access units (not in an award course), please contact OUA directly for assistance.
If Centrelink is requesting a letter outside of your Enrolment Advice, please contact Curtin Connect.
It is your responsibility to report any changes to your enrolment to Centrelink within 14 days. This includes withdrawing from your course, taking a Leave of Absence, changing course, changing course providers and changing your study load.
You can update your study details through your Centrelink online account, the Express Plus Centrelink mobile app or via the Centrelink phone self service.
If you need proof that you are completing a placement outside of normal study period dates or going overseas on a fieldwork placement please contact Curtin Connect.
