What does AWOL status mean?

UPDATED 06 SEP 2024 | 4:34AM
Your course status will be changed to AWOL (absent without leave) if you do not enrol in units for a study period without an approved leave of absence. You must reapply for your course if you wish to continue studying your course after it has been set to AWOL. If you commenced your course prior to 2021, your tuition fees will be charged according to the current fee structure if you reapply for your course.
If you wish to take a break from your studies, you must have an approved Leave of Absence in place to avoid being set to AWOL.
You will also lose access to OASIS functions such as your student email account, Blackboard, and eStudent immediately after being set to AWOL.
