How do I obtain a Letter of Graduation?

UPDATED 24 APR 2024 | 12:43AM
Curtin Connect staff can produce a Letter of Graduation only once the student has been set to passed and once the specific ceremony dates have been published.
This is because the automatically generated wording in this letter states that "This is to certify that STUDENT NAME has completed the COURSE NAME at Curtin University. STUDENT NAME has registered to attend the graduation ceremony that will take place on CEREMONY DATE in Perth, Western Australia."
Please check ceremony dates on the Graduations Website.
If students insist on a letter before results release, and they are in their final Study Period, Curtin Connect staff can issue a Letter to Confirm Enrolment with the additional line "Upon successful completion of Semester XX 20XX, STUDENT NAME will be eligible to graduate".
You can order a Letter of Graduation once your have been released and your course has been set to passed in eStudent.
Please note that a Graduation Statement is not the same as a Letter of Graduation.
