When will I receive my graduation documents?

Delivery times are dependent on location and carrier:
- Documents sent to an address within Australia will be sent registered post using Australia Post.
- Documents sent to an address outside Australia will be sent by TNT Courier. Please check that your preferred address recorded in eStudent is a residential address as TNT cannot courier to PO Boxes.
It is important you ensure your contact number (mobile telephone preferred) and full address details are recorded correctly and in English. Please be mindful that postal services are experiencing delays due to implications of COVID-19.
Digital documents will be distributed via MyeQuals after you have received the hard copy of your Graduation Pack in the mail. You will receive an email with further instructions when your documents are ready to be accessed.
