If you have paid Curtin to organise your OSHC on your behalf, you can simply provide a copy of Curtin’s Confirmation of Enrolment (COE) for your visa application. Your COE should already have your OSHC details, cover and duration required for your visa application. Therefore, you are not required to provide the OSHC Policy Number upon lodgement of your visa application.
Should you have organised your own OSHC with another provider, you will need to provide a copy of your OSHC letter/statement of account when you apply for your student visa.
